Learning Environments

At Eltham Learning Centre for Children, the children are divided into 3 rooms: 

• 0-2 years – Babies (8 Children)
• 2-3 years – Toddlers (12 Children)
• 3-5 years – Pre-School / Kindergarten (21 Children)

All groups are combined for family grouping early in the morning for breakfast and again late in the afternoon.

Within each room, individual needs and interests are catered for by the room’s programs and routines. Parents are encouraged to consult with the educator’s in their child’s room regarding personal requirements and development. Routines are designed to provide consistency, however are flexible to suit each child.
